Are you a strategic thinker who can turn product insights into compelling marketing stories? We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge product and marketing, drive go-to-market activities, and shape messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Your Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Demonstrate the ability to bridge product features into compelling marketing messages
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and opportunities
Lead and execute go-to-market strategy initiatives
Skilled in creating and working with customer personas
Monitor the competitive landscape and translate findings into actionable positioning insight
Clear and impactful messaging development
Hands-on experience with product launches
Content creation and validation (blog post, press release)
Cooperation with team members – content creator, graphic designer, web developer, UX designer and campaigns specialist
Collaborate closely with the product team to align on roadmap priorities and feed market insights back into product decisions
Develop sales enablement materials (battlecards, demo scripts etc.) to support the sales team
Skills You Will Need
To excel in this role, you should be proficient in:
Technically proficient individual with previous marketing experience, ideally within a software or tech environment
Analytical thinking combined with empathy to deeply understand customer needs and target audiences effectively
Fluent English (written and spoken), Czech or Slovak is an advantage for local collaboration
Hands-on mindset with a strong plus for overlap into content creation (e.g. video production or PR experience)
Ability to translate complex technical product features into clear, compelling value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and project management
