Your Role

As a Python Developer, you will:

• Build new generation of our internal tooling in close cooperation with an experienced colleague from Phonexia.

• Gather requirements, discuss use cases with real users and get frequent feedback on your work.

• Help design the system with long-term maintainability as the top priority.

• Implement its frontend and backend components.

• Own the quality and test the system from unit to end-to-end level.

• Prioritize work items with Product team and Customer support.

Skills You Will Need

To excel in this role, you should be proficient in:

• Experience with Python backend development.

• Willingness to delve into frontend and implement functional user interfaces.

• Working knowledge of databases and third-party APIs integration.

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and courage to take initiative.

• Ability to work independently, but also reach out if you need support.

• Understanding of git and modern developer tooling. 

• Desire to grow and learn new things.

You will be working from our offices in Brno-Královo pole. We value team cooperation, and we believe that team spirit arises from personal interactions. However, a home office 2 days per week is also possible.
