Phonexia would like to make the following statement in relation to Honduras Gate and the materials currently being circulated online. Phonexia software was not used in connection with the materials and publications referenced on hondurasgate.ch or in the related report currently being circulated online.

Any references to Phonexia, its products, or its technology in these materials were made without our authorization. Phonexia has no commercial, technical, licensing, partnership, or any other relationship with the operators, publishers, or entities associated with these publications.

The materials in question contain numerous factual, conceptual, and technical inaccuracies regarding Phonexia’s technology and products. They also misleadingly suggest the use, validation, endorsement, or involvement of Phonexia software, which is incorrect.

Phonexia has formally demanded the immediate removal of all unauthorized references to its name, trademarks, and products.
